Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the product so we can assess the situation. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include replacing the product if the order was damaged or incorrect, store credit and other additional resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order if you have an account registered with us and it has not yet been shipped. If you cannot make changes on our website, please contact us as soon as possible at luclaracoffee@gmail.com and provide us your order number. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
